SUMMER SHRED PROGRAM

A Better You In Just 90 Days!!

Are you wanting that “summer body” or just to feel better and have more confidence? Dynasty CrossFit has the program for you! We sold out every session last year so don’t wait! This PROGRAM IS BEGINNER FRIENDLY! 

Our 90 Day “Summer Shred” program mixes high repetition training with cardiovascular conditioning circuits to target those stubborn areas of fat on the body. Our end goal is for you to feel that you have achieved a more aesthetically pleasing physique through weight loss and/or toning.

By participating in this program, you are going to see results! We will keep you on track by holding you accountable throughout the program.

Classes will be held Monday & Wednesdays at 5:30pm, Thursdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 8am. All training sessions last 1 hour.
