ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Dynasty CrossFitís Strength & Conditioning program is the area’s premier spot for Athletic Development and Sports Enhancement. We work with athletes of every age and ability to improve their base athleticism and sport performance. The first step of our process is to come in for an assessment with one of our coaches. This assessment is done over three private sessions, and allows us to determine together the areas that you need to work on; we donít just throw you into a program blindly.

After your assessment, you will meet with your coach to go over your assessment, and what we can offer to help you achieve your goals. We are a facility deeply rooted in strength training, and our methods for sports enhancement have been proven time and time again.

Aside from individual coaching, we also offer small group athletic training. In this group, the athlete will be paired with athletes who are working toward similar goals, play similar sports, and do not mind being in a group setting. Although they will not receive the one-on-one attention that the individual athletes do, this is a great option to introduce athletes into our programs.
